Newest update made the app unusable on my device. Very frustrating as we are on a tight budget and Carrs already charges more for items so the deals really help allow us to continue shopping here for our regular trips. Looks like after this update I'll be forced to switch all my shopping to Walmart (which I despise but I can't argue with a budget) as I'm not going if I cannot use the app to plan and receive deals. Please update and fix the app pronto so I'm not forced to go to the competition ):

Not good at all! Just like having to shop 3x! 1) at home making your list, 2) when you put it in your cart, 3) when you have to scan every item in your cart to the app. Real pain in the rear. To be honest a very confusing app! Just give me the dang discounts and save us all time and hassle and money. About sick of feeling like I got some how cheated by the app, when does not take a discount or screws up the deal! Nothing gain and all the time and only paid dividends of frustration! Deleted 2x

Something happened recently with the EBT feature. Now that I can save it as a payment option, I can NOT use it in payment! The checkout system asks for a credit/debit card (which is also saved to my account), but does not have the EBT card I saved as an option! Only the credit card section appears. I am not going to shop in store for hours, with my own medical issues and a special needs child. Pickup is how I patron Carrs. Now, I shop at the other pickup store for large monthly orders.
